In fact, the Pastev Party did not have a plan called (B). All there was was a political trick that Macky Sall's government could not decipher. After Macky Sall and his camp exhausted all their political cards to overthrow a man named Ousmane Sonko, Bastif came out at the last moment with her plan “hidden” from the beginning, which was plan (A) and not (B), because originally Ousman Sonko was the party’s architect and spearhead. He has repeatedly emphasized that he is not the Alpha and Omega of the Pastev Project, but rather he is just one of its elements and one of its soldiers. In other words, he is just a leader among the party's leaders. Perhaps what is absent from the mind of Macy Sall's government is that Bastif is not a man, but rather a project, an idea and a doctrine. He does not have a plan (A) for so-and-so or a plan (B) for someone. The point that constitutes the main focus and towards which eyes are directed is the overthrow of an outdated political regime that has long absorbed the blood of the Senegalese people, and not the election of a specific man. This is the content of Ousmane Sonko’s message from the beginning. He did not deviate from it one bit in all his statements. Let whoever wants to believe in it and let whoever wants to deny it, but that remains the bitter truth and the tough, unpalatable bite in the throat of Macky Sall's government. So let everyone know that Plan B, which was sometimes circulated by some party supporters or through the media, was nothing but a political trick and a veil in the face of a dictatorial government that does not care about the law, let alone applying justice against its political opponents. There is no doubt that the grave mistake that Mackey's government made was to focus too much on removing a man from the presidential race, while Bastif focused on a project, philosophy and doctrine. His main concern, and indeed his main goal, is to overthrow the corrupt regime whose shadows have spread over Senegal since it gained independence. Until the present time.
What is also recorded is that if the Bastif Party succeeds in the next presidential race in coming to power, it will not be one victory, but two victories: the party’s victory over the current government, and Othman Sonko’s victory over President Macky Sall, who withdrew from power for one purpose, which is to prevent... The arrival of Ousmane Sonko, who is unparalleled in his political sophistication and skill, to the presidency. If the dissolved Pastif party wins overwhelmingly, Sonko will be released from prison and become prime minister, something that Macky Sall does not like to imagine as long as he is alive. This is because the state system will transform in the next stage into a parliamentary system, not a presidential one, and Ousmane Sonko will actually be the real president of Senegal, and Bachir Djoumay Faye will be president in that parliamentary system, not a presidential one. This is what we see, and the days will show for the party. On this basis, the real winner is the struggling leader, Ousmane Sonko, and the real loser is Macky Sall. Hence, we realize for a fact that the Pastev Party did not have a plan (B). If Nicolas Machiavelle, the author of “The Prince,” returned to life to learn politics from another, more subtle, more moral, and noble perspective. Yes, he will certainly learn from Bastif and his leader, Ousman Sonko, that politics is not “the end justifies the means,” but the noble means justify the noble end. Because they (Bastif and Sonko) have become examples of political sophistication and elegance.
The Bastif party entered the political game in Senegal late. It was a guest in the arena, but it showed its genius in front of the people of the regime who claimed that they were the treachery of politics, and that politics dripped from their blood and flowed from their veins. We often heard that Pastev is a parasite party, a party of youth, a party of the unconscious, a party of the Internet, that has no experience, but this opinion quickly faded and sank to the ground.
Perhaps the intelligent reader realizes with us that in reality there was no plan (B) in Sonko’s mind. All there was was an ambitious project aimed at one thing and nothing else: overthrowing the existing corrupt system. President Macky Sall and those with him made a mistake in the battle that they should have undertaken. They exhausted their energy and strength in a man who did not see in his mind that he represented the Pastev Party, so that if he were excluded, the party would die and perish. Rather, he saw himself as just one of its elements and a member of its members. What is important in his mind is the success of the project, not the success of a man. They (Macky Sall’s government) are fighting a man named (Osman Sonko) to prevent him from running in the presidential race in 2024 AD, and the Bastif party does not aim to overthrow a man represented by Macky Sall, but rather its goal is to overthrow the corrupt system. Which the country and the citizens are tired of. These people fight to preserve their personal interests as a group and gang, and they fight to liberate an entire people from the yoke of a group they see as corrupt. So battles differ in their goals and nobility, but the battlefield does not differ, but is shared between them. Reaching this stage of analysis, we can clearly see the extent of the poverty and weakness of Macky Sall's government from the standpoint of genius and political intelligence. There is no doubt that the two competing teams are not on the same level of performance. Whenever Sonko moves a finger or delivers a speech, the cards in the other row are redistributed, and the powerful and powerful systems are mixed in her brain and devices. This is because the existing government always remains confused and amazed at Sonko’s touches and tactics, so it takes the initiative without thinking and deliberation to change its plan, amend it, or write it off completely, and it begins to Other more brutal maneuvers. In fact, Sonko is a political savvy of a new type. He undoubtedly represents an additional qualitative value in African politics in the twenty-first century that deserves to be recorded with golden water in the paintings of history. Sonko is not a political phenomenon as many thought, but rather a school, or a school situation that must be taught to new, rising and future generations. Also, Pastif is not an accidental incident that passes like a cloud and ends with the death or dissolution of its leader, thus becoming an illegal party. Rather, it is an idea, a doctrine and a philosophy mixed with the blood of Senegalese in particular and with the blood of Africans in general, and cannot be erased forever in the memory of the people of the Black Continent and the world. Here, too, we find that Macky Sall's government made a mistake in that it dissolved the Pastev Party, believing that this would put an end to its existence and participation in The presidential race in 2024 AD, so she was surprised at the last moment, after she had refuted all her political cards, by the emergence of another Othman in the garb of Othman, perhaps more dangerous than Othman!!
Pastev is an idea, not a man. This is what the government refuses to keep in mind, and it has the right to do so. What can be said about the good performance of Macky Sall's government is that it was concerned from the beginning of the game that Plan B in the Pastif Party was Bashir Jumayi Faye, so in anticipation of events, it arrested him and put him behind bars, but it made a mistake when it stopped at this point. It should have stuck to... He faces serious charges and is put on trial until he loses his authority to participate politically. And it does the same to all party leaders without exception.... The impossible is not achieved. All of this indicates that the foundational basis for all government maneuvers is hatred, rancor, aggression, and randomness. It is a government equivalent in Plato's system in the Republic to a "government of anger" (the angry soul) at its highest levels. It lacks the “speaking soul” at the top of its pyramid. For everything, if there is a decrease, no one will be tempted by a good life. Mackie's government is in a state of death. It has reached its end and has sealed its failure and confirmed its disappointment. It has become a lifeless corpse. In the end, we confirm that Mr. Sonko has finished his role in this crucial phase of the war, and only the people's role remains if they want the desired change. Bastif is the party of surprises, and Ousmane Sonko is the man of positions. The war is won by the one who is most prepared for it. There is no shame in losing a battle, but the whole shame is in losing the war. In reality, the battle is between the cunning president and the deceitful opposition leader, the cunning Mackie and the deceitful Othman, and “the war is a hoax,” as he said from those who are wise to speak.
