Medical sources reported today, Saturday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation bombing of the Al-Zawaida area in the central Gaza Strip has risen to 15 martyrs, in addition to dozens of wounded.
Palestinian media reported that the occupation warplanes bombed tonight a barracks and a house belonging to the Al-Ajl family near the entrance to Al-Zawaida on Salah Al-Din Street in the central Gaza Strip, which led to the martyrdom of at least 15 citizens, and the injury of dozens who were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir Al-Balah.
He added that paramedics recovered two martyrs and a number of wounded after the occupation aircraft bombed the house of the Madi family in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood north of Gaza City.
The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air since October 7, 2023, which resulted in the martyrdom of 40,005 citizens and the injury of 92,401 others, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
For its part, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the Israeli raids that targeted the Wadi al-Kfour area in Nabatieh had risen to nine people, including a woman and her two children, and five were injured, two of whom were critically injured.
The Israeli occupation forces bombed southern Lebanon with aircraft and heavy artillery today, Saturday, and Israeli drones targeted Wadi al-Kfour in Nabatieh.
On Friday, the Israeli occupation continued its attacks on Lebanon, targeting the towns of: Maroun al-Ras, Hanin, Aitaroun, Kfar Kila, Khiam and Aita al-Shaab.
The fire brigades worked to extinguish the fires that broke out as a result of the Israeli bombing of Bint Jbeil in the south.
