The Israeli occupation continues its bombing and aggressive practices against the Palestinians in Gaza, the Lebanese in the south of the country, and the Syrians in the Damascus countryside, which has caused new numbers of victims despite the appeals of world leaders in their speeches before the United Nations General Assembly demanding a ceasefire and holding the Zionist entity accountable for its crimes.
Three Palestinians were martyred and others were injured today, Friday, as a result of the continued Israeli occupation bombing of several areas in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) reported, quoting medical sources, that a young man was martyred and others were injured, as a result of the occupation bombing several tents for the displaced inside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The same sources added that two martyrs were killed, and others were injured, when the occupation bombed a house in the "Al-Jurn" area in Jabalia.
A number of Palestinians were also injured, as a result of the occupation targeting a group of residents in the town of "Abasan al-Kabira" east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The occupation forces continue their artillery shelling east of the Zeitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, and of Palestinian homes and lands in the "Al-Amour" area east of the town of "Al-Fakhari" southeast of Khan Yunis.
A number of Palestinians were also killed and others were injured in Israeli shelling of Gaza City.
Local sources confirmed that the occupation aircraft targeted the home of the "Abu Shanab" family on "Hamid" Street west of Gaza City, which led to the death of a number of martyrs and the injury of others.
The occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air since October 7, 2023, which resulted in the martyrdom of 41,534 Palestinians and the injury of 96,092 others, most of whom are children and women, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of missing people are still under the rubble and ambulance and rescue teams are unable to reach them.
Cairo News Channel correspondent reported in a breaking news that two martyrs fell as a result of the Israeli occupation bombing that targeted a group of citizens in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, and an exchange of fire with the occupation forces during their storming of Balata camp east of Nablus in the West Bank.
The Israeli occupation also continues its intensive and unprecedented aggression on the Gaza Strip, by air, land and sea, leaving thousands of martyrs and wounded, most of whom are children and women.
Thousands of martyrs and wounded have not yet been recovered from under the rubble; due to the continued bombing and the dangerous conditions on the ground, in light of the stifling siege on the Strip and strict restrictions on the entry of fuel and urgent vital aid to alleviate the catastrophic humanitarian conditions.
In Syria, the Syrian Arab News Agency reported that 5 Syrian soldiers were killed in an Israeli strike that targeted a military site in the Damascus countryside near the Syrian-Lebanese border in the early hours of Friday morning.
A military source said: "The Israeli enemy launched an air aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting one of our military sites on the Syrian-Lebanese border," which resulted in "the killing of 5 soldiers and the wounding of another."
On Thursday, the Israeli occupation army announced the bombing of border crossings between Syria and Lebanon, indicating that this was to prevent weapons from reaching Hezbollah.
The Israeli army said in a statement that it attacked "infrastructure used to transfer combat equipment from Syrian territory to Hezbollah in Lebanon."
It added that "air force warplanes raided infrastructure on the Syrian-Lebanese border a short while ago, which Hezbollah uses to transfer combat equipment from Syrian territory to the party in Lebanon to use these combat equipment against citizens of the State of Israel."
